This directory, like "Program Files", require admin rights. I guess the reason for all these issues is, that ASXP is installed into the "Program Files (x86)" directory. Here I am not sure under which account the data is actually stored - I would assume it uses the administrator user environment. The first time you will need to register and license the application.
